Meet Sara

I am Sara (she/her), a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and Italian Clinical Psychologist (registered with the Albo degli Psicologi Sardegna 4021). I work both online and in Central and West London. I offer session in Italian, English and Spanish.

I have worked in mental health services, schools, and charitable organisations. Currently, I practice privately, collaborate with Intellect Platform, and serve as a therapist and mentor in a veterans’ mental health service.

I work with awareness of cultural diversity, intersectionality, and individual beliefs, supporting clients to explore family, friendship, and romantic relationships, heal trauma, and navigate life transitions. I support adults and young people from diverse backgrounds with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and relational difficulties. I focus on creating a safe relational environment where clients can gradually rebuild trust in themselves. I offer support to people who sometimes feel anxious, tense, or like their thoughts are racing and hard to manage, to those who struggle with sadness, low mood, or a sense of emptiness, and to anyone who doubts themselves or feels like they are not living up to expectations. I work with people navigating big life changes, uncertainty, or transitions that feel overwhelming, as well as those carrying past experiences, trauma, or difficult memories that still affect their daily life. I support clients experiencing challenges in relationships with partners, family, friends, or colleagues and those who want more connection and understanding. I also work with people who feel exhausted, burned out, or like life’s demands are too heavy, with those adjusting to parenthood, family responsibilities, or caregiving roles, and with individuals who have neurodivergent experiences or hidden differences such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or sensory differences and want to be understood in a safe, non-judgmental space. Finally, I support people who are questioning life, purpose, or their path forward, helping them explore clarity, meaning, and a sense of direction while feeling supported along the way.

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy travelling, exploring nature, and spending time with animals, activities that help me stay grounded. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you—please feel free to reach out.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is relational, grounded in compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I focus on the intrinsic potential of every person and value diversity.
